  • Jamie Plantz It was a jet ski towing an inflatable . There was a 3 year old girl on the jet ski with about 6 other young girls half had life jackets . Pure geniuses. 
    They also had 11 boats tied up together with one anchor line . Another "bright" idea . 
    4fdny boats 2 Pd boats a helicopter. An engine and god only knows who else responded but didn't get there . For NOTHING.
