Violence has returned to the streets of Ukraine's capital, Kiev, where one national guard member was killed and many others injured during protests outside parliament.
The clashes erupted after lawmakers gave their initial backing to plans that would grant more autonomy to rebel-held areas in the East.
The reforms are part of a peace plan aimed at ending the fighting in the region.
