Today we remember active FDNY Firefighter Christian Engeldrum who died November 29, 2004, in Baghdad, Iraq, when his military vehicle struck an improvised explosive device. Sgt. We are back in DC for what amounts to a final push this Weds and Thursday.
There's not much time left and frankly , not much more work left that we could do. What's been done is more than enough to have gotten this done already. But Rep. Goodlatte of Va. has closed his doors and refused to negotiate further.
Tomorrow is our travel day and Weds and Thursday are work days.
